THE WEATHER To-day's North Island Report Overcast conditions were reported throughout the North Island this morning. Light to moderate north-easterly breezes "were general. Last Night's Forecast An anticyclone of slight intensity has been crossing the Dominion to-day. and a shallow depression, with a considerable north to south extension, is approaching from the Tasman Sea.
