Mrs. Jill Wyndham to-day obtained judgment in the King's Bench Division for £549, with costs, against Flying Officer D. Llewellyn, with whom she broke the record for the flight to Capetown in 1935. The judge refused an adjournment on account of Flying Officer Llewellyn's absence.
