The Supreme Court, by seven votes to two, upheld the old-age pension hue, and 'by five voles to four the Unemployment Insurance Act. Another verdict given by five votes to four upheld the Alabama State Unemployment Insurance Act, which permits local co-operation in Federal legislation.
