Epidemic Dangers

Sir,—l would like to add my protest to that of "A .Mother" in yonr Saturday's issue. There seems to l>c something wrong in prohibiting an out-of-door demonstration while allowing the picture theatres to carry on. There is certainly greater danger in a closed building than in an opca-air procession. Another wrong which should be righted at once is that hotel bars are allowed to remain open, while other businesses are made to close. I have heard many complaints about this and would urge the Government to act promptly in the matter, or they will be behind France in this reform. —Yours, etc A FATIIKi: OK TEN.
