"BOW OR BE BROKEN" CLAIM TO COLONIES BERLIN, May 1. The Fuhrer, Ilerr Hitler, addressed a monster May Day gathering at the Lustgarten. In his address, which was broadcast throughout Germany, Ilerr Hitler stressed Germany's claim for her colonies, and added that it was impossible to increase wages, as it would increase prices. There was an attendance of 180,000 at the Olympic stadium, where the Fuhrer uttered a veiled threat to the Church by declaring that the Reich would yieid the education and training of youth to nobody. He announced that 917,000 10-year-old boys and girls had joined the Hitler Youth organisation on his birthday last week.

Three bands and fiOOO marchers comprised the May Day procession to the Sydney Domain this afternoon.

The marchers, who .carried banners relating to all subjects in which the Labour movement is concerned, included many women and a number of children. The demonstration was orderly.
