CHANGES IN POSTS
TOKIO. April 28.
Mr. Amau has announced his own appointment as Minister to Switzerland, and concurrently chief of the Japanese Bureau of International Conference Affairs.
His successor as spokesman will be Mr. Tasuo Kawai, hitherto ConsulGeneral at Shanghai, while Mr. K. Murai. formerly Consul-General at Sydney, will be Minister to Siam.
