DEBTS TO ESTATE
ADMINISTRATORS’ SUIT The administrators in the estate of George Richard Beamish, sheopfariner. late of Hawke’s Bay, Harold Francis Beamish. George Eric Hamilton Beamish and Frederick Noel H.miilton Beamish, made application in tie Supreme Court in Napier, before Mr. Justice Ostler for the fixing of their debts to the estate which they now admiiister. The three appellants are at- variaice with the Coin missioner of Stamps I lilies in regard to llii> assessment-of llieirdebts ami ask the court to lix: I he aniouu.s. Debts to the estate at the date of the death were computed at 116120, 1125.156. ami £319,181 respectively, but for the purpose of assessment ol death duties debts were claimed to be nil, £15,416 and £133,350 respectively. Mr. A. L. Martin appears for the oppdlants, and Mr. 1.. \V. Willis for Hit Commission! r of Stamps Duties. Decision was resolved.
