DOMINION IMPR OYEMENT (Reed. Feb. 13, 12.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 13. Dr. J. Plight, rector of Canterbury University* College, who is en route to the universities’ conference at Adelaide said that the financial difficulties of universities were causing the authorities much anxiety. “For sortie,years our universities have been in need of money,” lie continued. ‘‘Tilings are now improving a little as the present Government is very sympathetic towards education.”
