Herald’s Canberra correspondent .says that negotiations between the Commonwealth and the British Governments for a new air mail agreement, involving the use of living boats on the Australian section of the route, has been completed. All major points of difference have now been settled, and it is expected that Clio terms of the new agreement will be announced at the enq of this week.
