Further medical evidence as to the testamentary eapaeity of the testatrix was given in the Supremo Court this afternoon when tin 1 hearing (if the Lli'/.abeth Smith will, case was continued. The plaint ills, Olive Judge and Ivy I'ooksou, both of Christcliureh, sought the revocation of probale of the will of Elizabeth .Smith. The Guardian Trust and Executors Company, limited, defended the action.
Dr. Alexander Cameron MeKillop, i uperintendent at Sunnysido Mental Hospital, .said '.hat from, the affdavits in the case, which lie had perused, he considered Miss Smith was unfit to make a. will. Ho corroborated the evidence of Dr. John Russell, deputyDirector of Mental Hospitals, that Miss Smith was in a state of senile dementia.
