The former All Black Rugby Fool bailer Mr. It. Scuter, Dutifdin, has received notice of his transfer to Napier, Mr. Souter was a member of the New Zealand- tjeam that visited Australia in 1920, and played for Otago on 25 occasions in the 1927-28-29-30-31 seasons, being a member of the Otago side in the match with the British team.
