ACTION FOR McMAHON CINEMA THEATRES (Deed. Oct. S, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 7. AVrits ,of libel are being issued on behalf of George Andrew MeMahon against 263 cinemas respecting, pictures taken of the incident at Constitution Hill on duly 1(3 and as a sequel to which MeMahon was sentenced to gaol for a year on a charge of producing a pistol near the person of His Majesty the King with intent, to alarm him.
