A Ngatapa homestead belonging to Mr. R. Warner was completely destroyed by firo yesterday afternoon. Nobody was in the house at the fime, and nothing was saved.
' Mr. Warner and his son were mustering on the property during tho afternoon, and on his return homo Mr. Warner noticed tho smoke issuing from the house. By the time he reached the building it was almost completely enveloped in flames, and the saving of the contents was beyond question. Other members of the household also were away from the house at the time. The insurance on the building is with the Victoria company.
