British turf record was established to-day by the victory of Highlander in an unimportant race at Nottingham carrying a stake of £132. This raised the. total winnings of Scapaflow’s progeny to £83,1100. Previously '(he total had been a few pounds under Hie winnings of Galicia’s progeny.
