The case of Robert Keith Gleihow and others v. the Guardian Trust and others to-day entered 1 the fomtli day ol hearing in the Appeal Court. The case legacies totalling ££so under the will of James Joseph Burt Yeale, of Auckland, which were granted the, appellants in tile will, hut not in a subsequent codicil. In considering the nature and volume of correspondence hy the deceased, Mr. Henry, counsel for the respondents, submitted that up to February 8, 1935, the whole of the letters and memoranda written by the testator \ calc were rational and reasonable in view of tho magnitude of his estate and matters of which he desired his solicitors to take full control and also in view of the various people in whose affairs? the deceased was concerned. The hearing is proceeding.
