Johnson, of Whaugarci, who is New Zealand representative of the Bison Stamp Exchange Club, 365 letters containing 600 requests for first-day covers of the special stamp struck in Now Zealand to coininomorato the sitting of the Chamber of Commerce Congress in Wellington. Over £SO in cash and money orders were enclosed, and it was necessary for the post office to send away for morn of the issue to fullil the order. The exchange alone represented £l4.
