WOMAN SUCCUMBS (Per Press Association.) OTAKI, this day. Mrs. Catherine Neilsen, the wifo of Mr. Andrew Neilsen, died at Waikanae on Saturday night. She was sitting in a car when suddenly* she coljapsed.
