FORMER ROYAL TUTOR
FAMILY OF THE CZAR DEATH IN WELLINGTON (Per Prone Association.) WELLINGTON., this day. At one time a teacher of English to the sons of the Czar Alexander 111 of Russia, Mrs. Charlotte Fredericka. Fulton, died in Wellington yesterday, at the age of 82 years. Mrs. Fulton came to New Zealand 53 years ago and married the late Mr. JE, Fulton, who at one time was the president of the New Zealand Society of Civil Engineers. Her father was the late Major Frederick Budd of the Royal Marine Light Infantry. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Frank Hortou.
