VICTORIA. Aug. 24. Waters of British Columbia's largest river, the Fraser, are capable of furnishing some 6.000.000 horse-power, through hydro-electric development, when the demand arises. The stntemenl was announced to-day in a report based on several years of investigation by the water rights branch of the Department of Lands.
