SUICIDE PACT
MAN AND WOMAN BODIES FOUND IN CAR MELBOURNE, Oct. 2. , A death, pact was revealed-to-day at Coleraine, a town in Western .Victoria, 100 miles from Melbourne..Leo Oussen Fitzgerald, aged 1 49 years, solicitor, and Glare Dohley aged 59, \yere found dead in a sedan car on a. lorlely road. They had apparently been dead for several days. News of the tragedy was received by Mr. Fitzgerald’s partner in a registered letter from Mr.- Fitzgerald expressing his intention to commit suicide and containing the dead man’s will, also saying where his body would be found. Investigations were immediately made and 1 the bodies were found as indicated. A length of rubber, Lose from, tile exhaust- had been ruq through a. window of the car., ML Fitzgerald was married and had three children.
