EUROPE ON BRINK OF WAR

VANCOUVER, Sept. 19.
Lord Rothermcre, interviewed here, expressed the opinion that Europe w:is on tho brink of war.
"If there is no European war next year, it. will be providential," he said. ''The Dictatorships in Germany ant! Italy will not, stand for a socialised F nance."
Regarding Sir Oswald Mosley, loader of the British Fascists, Lord Rotltermere said:—"He will be bach in the limelight again. Fascism of sorts is bound to gain followers; but remember, there are other good forms of democracy." Lord Rotherniere. will sail to-mor-row for Japan. lie will probably visit Australia for the purpose of studying the whole Pacific arena.
