ALLEGED CAUSE OF DEATH
WOMAN AND DAUGHTER MOTORIST FOR TRIAL (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, last night. Two charges of negligently driving a motor car at New Lynn on June 2.'!, so as to cause the death of Mrs. Maria Evelyn Richardson and her daughter, Miss' Alice Evelyn Richardson, -were preferred against George Wishart Sinton before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court to-dny. The accident occurred at dusk, the deceased being knocked down by Ihe accused's car. The accused pleaded not guilty and was committed for trial/bail being allowed.
