MUNICIPAL TRADING DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. In bis annual report the town clerk states that there is a declared surplus •of £56,925 for the trading, branches of the City Council. This, while lower by £12,802 by comparison with last year, is satisfactory, the drop being chiefly accounted for by.the restoration of the balance of salary and wage cuts. Tho total cost to the council for unemployed during the year was £28,143,
