GLASGOW HOOLIGANS GANGSTERS SENT TO PRISON GLASGOW, Aug. 11. A man referred to by the prosecution as ''Killer McKay," was sentenced here to-day to 30 days' imprisonment. He was one of 54 persons charged at the Eastern Police Court following serious street fighting during the week-end. Two women, a girl, and two boys were among the prisoners, The first case, in which seven men were charged with disorderly conduct, concerned a disturbance, at Bridgeton Cross on Saturday night. Lieut. White, prosecuting, said to the, magistrate. "Yon sec before you the pests, of Bridgeton Cross. They are known its 'The Deny Boys.' They will attack anyone passing the Cross. I ask for terms of imprisonment to help in stamping out this hooliganism."

Weapons were alleged to have been used in London road on Friday night, when a flute band procession was broken up. A constable stated that the police found a bayonet lying in the street, and a woman was said to have thrown a bottle from her window at a constable.
