CLASS OF SUPPORTERS EXPLANATION BY HEARST NEW YORK, Sept. "0. Mr. W. R. Hearst again asserted to-day in ft 1000-word leading article from Amsterdam, Holland, his charges against President Roosevelt, at the same time replying to the President s statement. “I have not stated at anytime,” says Mr. Hearst, “that the President, willingly or unwillingly, received the support of the Karl Marx Socialists, Frankfurter Radicals, Communists, anarchists, Tugwell Bolsheviks, or Reiehberg revolutionists which constitute the bulk of his following. 1 simply said, and have shown, that, he does receive the support of these enemies of the American system of government, and has done his host to deserve the support of all such disturbing and destructive elements.”
