ANSWER TO TERRORISM
TROOPS FOR CHINA J -\PANESB INTENTION (Reed. Sept. 22, 11 a.m.) TOKIO', Sept. 21. As a sequel to seven recent antiJapanese incidents, which are described as part of a campaign of antiJapanese terrorism throughout China, the Japanese Ministry of the Navy has obtained Imperial sanction to the dispatch to China of landing reinforcements to operate with the third fleet.
