MAY WIN AWARDS VENICE, Aug. Id. The International Film Congress was inaugurated here this evening in the oTosehee of a large gathering of Ameri■att and Continental film stars and members of the Fascist Council. The awards for the host films of 'he year will not be made public until he close of the congress on September 1. The English films, “The Ghost Joes West” and “The Robber SytitDlfOhy, ” are being backed as favour* ites.
