TRUCKERS REFUSE DUTY
COAL WORK DISPUTE WALL SEND MINE TROUBLE SEVENTY MEN IDLE (Per Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, ibis day. A dispute occurred this morning at the tVallsend mine.
v/Wiiig to a shortage among the miners, one ti'ucicev was temporarily put oil coal work for the day, but his fellow truckers objected on the ground that one of them should have been put on. The truckers refused to work, thus rendering the mine idle. Seventy employees are affected.
