ARAB LEADER ACCUSED PARIS, Aug. 10. Dr. Ben D.jelloul, president of tlie elected Moslem delegates in Algeria, has arrived in Paris, to discuss the situation which has arisen over the assassination of tlie Imam of the Great Mosque of Algiers hist week. A grave view is taken in Paris of the murder, which is considered to have been committed for political motives.

The arrest of two important Arabs in Algeria is believed imminent. .Sheik Taielfel Okbi, who. on his return from the Hed.jaz in 1931, became leader of tlie anti-European movement in Algeria, is already in custody. Four Arabs, who have confessed to a part in the murder, declare that Taieb cl Okbi instigated the crime. One of them, Mohara Ali ben Said, admits that lie kissed the Imam while an accomplice, Mahomet ben Ali, plunged a dagger into his heart. The murderer alleges that Sheik Taieb el Okbi handed him the dagger and promised £4OO for the assassination. -A
