TABLETS IN TURKEY
KING EDWARD’S VISIT LONDON, Sept. 19. King Edward’s visit is being commemorated by Turkey by inscribed marble tablets at Seddul Balir, where lie landed before his inspection of the battlefields and cemeteries, and also at. the quay at Istanbul, where lie met President Kamal Ataturk.
A bronze plaque is being erected at the yacht club in Moda Bay, where he watched the regatta.
