Reed. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Sept. 19. A business woman practising as an income tax consultant in the City of London has announced her intention to offer herself as a candidate for the Court of Common Council in the ward of Cripplegate Without. She is the first woman candidate for the Common Council of the City of London.
