AGREEMENT REACHED
RED CROSS IN SPAIN HUMANISING INFLUENCE (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 19, 3 p.m.) PARIS. Sept. 18. The humanising influence of the Red Cross is being introduced by agreement of both sides in Spain, which undertake to respect the Geneva Red Cross convention and agree on a reciprocal basis to the evacuation of women and children.
