CLAIM FOR NEW YORK NEW YORK, Aug. 9. New York’s claim to be a city of millionaires is upheld by the report .of a group of writers employed on a Government project for the relief of unemployment among journalists—the compilation ,of a new guide to New York. They have discovered that 18,977 residents of the city are worth 1,000,000 dollars (£200|000) or more. There are 708 multi-millionaires —also in dollars. r— tl. • •
