CAMPAIGN IN PALESTINE PERSECUTION OF JEWS JERUSALEM, Sept. IS. The Arabs are determined that the Jews shall not spend a peaceful New Year. They attacked the orange colony at Nessziona. The police beat off the marauders, who burned down a flourmill at Samakh and attacked a patrol of the Eleventh Hussars. There were no casualties.
