Reed. 10 a,m. RUGBY, Sept. 17 At September 1, the average, level oi retail prices of commodities was approximately 47 per cent above the level oi July, 1914, compared with 46 per cent on 'August 1, 1936, and 45 per cent on August 1, 1936.
