The Highest Compliment
THE tribute "she knows how to * dress" is one that every woman covets. Yon do not require an unlimited dress allowance to earn it, because it all depends on how you spend the money you have. Some of the best dressed women are those who work wonders with a few good suits and dresses.
An attractive colour scheme is .one of their secrets. Smart and appropriate accessories is another. For summer the best and most becoming are in white. It is striking with light blue and navy blue, with brown and green or, in fact, with any solid colour, as well as with the new and gaily flower ed prints.
