"WHEN FATHER GETS A COLD HE THINKS HE IS GOING TO DIE" This amusing anecdote is no lisli story, it actually happened. A man had been deep sea fishing oil' Whangaroa, and on coming ashore called at an accommodation house and sought tho proprietor. One of the daughters of the household said. "You'll lind Bud in the living room." Tho visitor entered that room, which was vacant, but noticed a bottle of Baxter's Bung Preserver on the mantelpiece.
