MR. MOLLIS ON’S PLANS THIRD ATLANTIC PL IT! IFT ROUND-WORLD UP FORT (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (llecd. Sept. 18, noon) LONDON, Sept. 17. .Mr. J. A. Alollison is leaving for New York to attempt his third Atlantic flight in a Bellanca “Flash” aeroplane, capable of a. speed of 270 miles an hour, and reputed to be the fastest plane in the. world. He hopes to begin the flight on October 17, flying at an altitude of 2.0,000 ft., and to reach Croydon from New York in 17 hours. He will later try to break the record from England to Johannesburg and England to the Cape, after which he will consider plans for a round the world flight at the Equator. He is making all these flights alone.
