YOUNGER MAGISTRATES
JUVENILE COURT WORK (British Official Wireless.) llecd. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Sept. 16. The need for younger magistrates in closer touch with the youth of the country on the new Juvenile Court panels, to be appointed on November 1, is urged in a Home Office circular issued throughout the country.
