PURSUANT to Sub-section 2 of Section 9 of the Local Authorities interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33. and the Matakaoa County Loans Conversion Orders. 1936 (Nos. 1 and 2). Public Notice is hereby given that Special Resolutions were passed by the Matakaoa County Commissioner on the 10th day of September, 1936, and will be confirmed by the said Commissioner at his Office in the Union Bank Buildings, Gladstone Road, Gisborne, at 10 a.m. on FRIDAY, the 25th day of September, 1936. The object and purport of these Special Resolutions is to authorise the issue of new securities in conversion of existing securities in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Orders in Council published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 60, on the 10th day of September, 1936.
