Ralph Alger, aged 1(1, of Canterbury, ami dark Allison, aged 1(1, of Cobden, were making a bomb, intending to use it, to blow up a rabbit, burrow on a farm at Cobden on Saturday, when it exploded. The lingers of Algor’s left hand were blown off, and it is feared that his hand will have to be amputated. He also received injuries to the face.
