GERMANY AND JAPAN HITLER VOICES WISH (Reed. Aug. 27, 2 p.m.) TDK 10. Aug. 26. Inaugurating a Berlin-Tokio wireless telephoto service, Herr Hitler sent a message expressing pleasure that the bonds of friendship between Japan and Germany had been drawn closer.
lie hoped that Japan would succeed in making the 1940 Olympiad a monument, to world peace.
