SCHOOLBOY TRAFFIC OFFICERS.-A new system of regulating school traffic came into operation recently, when specially-appointed monitors, wearing arm-bands, regulated the Crossing at the corner of Britomart street and Adelaide road, Wellington, across which many of the children attending Wellington South School have to pass several times daily.
