Trade figures indicating an apparent rush by Italv to buy war supplies in the United States immediately after President Roosevelt removed the embargo on the export of arms on .Tune 20, were released to-day by the State Department. ; During the last 10 days ol June it was disclosed that Italian purchases of war materials, consisting mainly of aeroplane wings, hulls ami engines, febuntSd" id £28,000, compared with total exports of arms, ammunition, .and aeroplanes during the entire month valued at- £362,000.
