OBITUARY

There passed away at her daughter ’s residence in Napier an .old identity of the town, Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Durrant, relict of the late Mr. Robert Durrant, a former engine driver on the New Zealand Railways. The late Mrs. Durrant came to New Zealand on the Helen Dennv, in 1874, and had resided in Napier ever since. Her husband predeceased her 28 years ago. . She leaves behind to mourn their loss eight daughters and one s.on, who include Mrs. L. Lawrence, Tolaga Bay.
