With a view to developing the citrus fruit industry a Citrus Association has been formed at; Kerikeri, North Auckland, and stops arc being taken to erect a citrus fruit factory. As the outcome of a recent visit to Wellington the association lias been granted a further loan ,of £2.100 free of interest, and the period of repayment of the whole loan of £7OOO will be extended for three years.
