Forbes was called to-day to a published statemerit regarding possible changes in the leadership of the National Party in Parliahient. Mr. Forbes replied that he did not wish to comment on what had been published. “The question of the leadership of the party is one for the members of the; Parliamentary party, who have elected me unanimously to the position, and if any question of change arose, it be one for their determination, said Mr. Forbes.
