CIVIL RE-ESTABLISHMENT
AID TO EX-SOLDIERS LEAGUE CONSTITUTION (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Recommendations formulated by the Now Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association conference on Wednesday for changes in the statutory position of the Soldiers' Civil Re-establish-ment League and in its constitution were adopted by the league at the annual meeting yesterday.
A committee was appointed to draft changes in the constitution and rules. At a meeting of headquarters of the league Mr. J. R. Kirk was re elected as chairman and treasurer,
