Men's doubles. —Crawford and Quist, Allison and Van Ryu. Budge and Mako, Hughes and Tuckey. The women's doubles are headed by Miss Stammers and Miss .lames, followed by Miss Jacobs and: Mrs. Fabyan. The mixed doubles are headed by Perry and Miss Round. :um\ ilio New Zealander Malfroy and Mdmc. Sperling are placed fourth.
Crawford will have his hardest, first round versus the German, Prerin. The others arc MeOrath v. Pureed; Quist versus Taylor; Sproule versus John Ritchie. The New Zealander Malfroy meets the Yugoslavian Davis Cup player, Kukuljelick; 'Andrews meets! Aesshliman; and Steadman meets Wilde.
