(Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. June 16, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Juno 1:". The Johannesburg correspondent of the Morning Post says that the Nazi menace in South-West Africa is be coming more and more insistent upon trade between Germany and South Africa.
Recruiting for the German Army continues, despite public protests. Germans have been instructed not to use the Government law courts, but to .submit disputes to special Nazi arbitration tribunals. If the contestants refuse to accept the decision, the papers are to be sent to Germany for linal judgment.
A flood of films, pamphlets and other propaganda is being widely distributed.
Sections of the population are almost at a standstill. Moderate Germans are being coerced by Nazi agents, who threaten (hem with punishment, even death, when the colonies revert to Germany, which they declare is inevitable.
The system of spying is so perfect that every Government moderate is reported.
